Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and commitment. Here's how we handle refunds:

• Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before the event.
• 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours before the event
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
  
  

If Convo cancels an event due to any reason (weather, logistical issues, etc.), you will receive:

• A 100% refund, or
• The option to use your ticket for a future event.
  
  

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• No cash refunds will be issued.
• Platform service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
